"Bought a washer and dryer this past summer. When they were installed, the cold water shutoff valve was leaking after the install. I tried to call the store to get help, but after multiple calls, I was only able to speak with an overseas customer rep. I spoke with 2, both were very difficult to understand, and were not able to help getting anyone out to my house to look at the problem. I went to the store where I was able to speak with the sales person I had worked with when purchasing, but he was only able to tell me someone would call the next day. Was never able to speak with a manager, but was given a manager's card. Meanwhile, I've got a leaking shutoff valve. After going home from the store, I had to move the dryer to close the shutoff valve. When moving the dryer, the dryer venting fell off where it connected to the vent leading out of the house. There was no clamp or tape utilized to connect it. The following day, someone did call, I told them about the dryer vent failure, along with the leaking shutoff valve. The only thing they offered was to have the same installers come out to look at it. Why would I have the same installers come out that did a very poor job the first time? I ended up fixing the vent and shutoff valve myself. What would someone do if they did not know how to repair it on their own? Best Buy doesn't seem to be able to provide quality installers. I did email the store manager, as they did not return my calls, about my experience. I never received an email reply. I will not shop at or recommend Best Buy in the future."

"Another example of a short staffed ill equipped senior care facility where no one seems to know what their job is. The social worker is incompetent and apparently doesn't know her job at all. Where patients are left in their beds most of the day and hardly ever get the attention they need including therapy and bathing. Avoid this place if at all possible. If there were 0 stars, this is what this place would get.\nUpdate: apparently they decided it was ok to just transport my brother back to his apartment without coordinating with ANY home health agencies. They will be reported."

"Before I begin let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone, so with that being said let's begin!.\n\nThis location is closest to my home, so if I have something to purchase or better yet if Best Buy has a deal on something I can't refuse then I'm on the way asap!. Well this particular visit I made a purchase on a Ridge Magnetic Power Bank. I had a Best Buy $10 off merchandise and because this device is designed to charge Apple devices. For making this purchase Best Buy threw in 4 Apple product subscriptions: \n\n1: 3 months of Apple Arcade.\n2: 2 months of Apple T.V \n3: 3 months of Apple Fitness \n4: 3 months of Apple Music \n\nTo me this was the best option after looking at other retailers who wasn't offering this deal so this was a no brainer going with Best Buy! \nIf you're in the line for a new device of appliance or anything associated, then you should consider giving Best Buy your business! \nI will return and recommend this establishment!."
